Scorpion Seal Retreat Cabins

In the summer of 2008, the Sakyong proclaimed the opening of the Scorpion Seal Retreat. He began the training of the Acharyas at Kalapa Valley last October, and is teaching the first Scorpion Seal Assemblies this summer. In the coming years, Acharyas and many senior teachers and students will use these cabins for this unique retreat.

At the Sakyong’s request, Karmê Chöling has been going forward with the design of the first Scorpion Seal cabin to be built at a site selected by him and confirmed by Eva Wong, Feng Shui master. This cabin is seen to be a prototype for all future cabins.
